I was out of town when I found out that something was tearing up my front yard. I initially thought it was mole crickets. I called Hill’s Pest Control on Saturday and told them what I thought. Martin came out on Sunday and told me it was grubs in the yard and something was digging them up. He promptly put down an insecticide to kill the grubs. I received an invoice and paid him through Venmo. I have never done business with them before, but will definitely call them if I need anything else. It was nice to be able to take care of everything remotely.

Martin is great, he offered to check the fleas at the house at no cost and shared his opinion on the treatments. He also has good network of vendors, cleaners that he can share with any clients. He is very detail oriented to make sure every spot gets sprayed and lets you know if he sees something going on to cause a big issue!! On time and doesn’t over charge you! He told me I didn’t have to have him come as often as I was afraid of. He said that I could wait so he didn’t have to charge me for 2 separate times! Highly recommend him!

Martin was able to get me in last minute for an issue that needed attention ASAP. He was professional and friendly at a reasonable price. So many pest control companies try to pressure you into a contract. Martin was the opposite! As a property manager I will be keeping him on speed dial for any future issues.

Such a great experience with Hill Pest Control. I called over the weekend and he was out here first thing Monday morning. Within 3 to 4 days our issue had been almost completely resolved. I can’t say enough about how easy and convenient the process was. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Hills Pest Control came out immediately for me. He went above and beyond in checking old bait boxes from another company and my personal bait boxes and refilling. He showed me how to rebait a snap trap and thoughtfully thought out the correct placements in a crowded garage.

He is great came next day after we called for mice we saw in the garage and with just days of setting traps they started dying. 2 down in just a week. He even came back and checked the traps and refilled. Then just in case we have more than what we see. He’s a keeper. -Scissortail Landing Resident
